Here’s the first video of Mason truly walking. He took his first five steps Wed 3/26/08 @ 8:23pm. After that point he was still more comfortable crawling, until now. He’s been practicing by transferring from one piece of furniture to the next. Just today he stood up with no supports. By the dead of summer, he will take over the house. I look forward to posting future adventures, but for now, enjoy the show:
Granted, the boy only has 6 teeth, but that doesn’t keep him down. Everyday, he walks to the drawer with his toothbrush, pulls it out, and acts like he’s brushing. This is the kid a dentist prays for. But this time, Diane thought it would be cute that they brush each other’s teeth. 
Here is a cute video of Mason riding the carousel. It’s great to go back and experience the fun in all of those things you did as a kid. That’s one of the blessings children give us so we can slough off the daily grind for innocent play and laughter.
